A mindful and slow way to practice yoga, to feel…to be with what is…with kindness and compassion…

In class there is usually a blend of somatic movements, gentle yoga asana , yoga nidra and meditation, leaving people feeling clearer, their nervous system reset, a calmer mind and fuller heart.

Having practiced for over 20 years and teaching for 15, I have experienced different styles of yoga from Vinyasa flow to Hatha, yin, restorative, yoga Nidra and somatic movements. I love weaving mindfulness into the practice. I have always had a strong interest in how these practices affect our mind and mental states, and have found them incredibly useful in managing the ups and down of life.
