A Recipe…Tahini and cacao balls

For about 6/8 balls:

- 90g tahini

- 3 TBSP maple syrup

- 1tsp vanilla essence

- 55 g oat flour ( simply grind oats in a blender to make it- use GF oats if required) 

- 3 TBSP Cocoa powder 

- a pinch of salt

- sesame seeds for coating 

Mix all the ingredients together.

Shape into balls and roll in the sesame seeds.
